I am rather surprised that the age bands are actually fairly well spread between 30s, 40s, 50s, and 60s.
I figured early 40s and below would be a ghost town and above this would be nyc.
A surprising thing... when my hip started to go, I realized if I took weight off, it would be easier on my joints. Tess is starting to have some issues too. SO we went on a diet. There's an interest site where they rate your diet. It charts vitamins mineral, calories fats, everything and it gives you a score. Both Tess and I are hyper competitive, so if we gat an A- for anything , we are both pretty sad. The things we discovered doing the charting, we are both short of calcium and potassium, and vitamin A many days. Tess started cooking lost lentils, beans start using ocra in everything and carrots, to get the vitamins and minerals up where they should be. We had to mostly give up everything high fat, and we've probably cut our meat consumption in half. It seems to have put an end to my naps, and my sleep is back down to around 8 hours night, down form about 9. I'm down to 175 from 198 and feel pretty good. But, my knee and hip on my right side are still going to need surgery. Right strategy, 20 years too late.
