Charge is the only iffy area, and that depends on how we define smallest:
Proton = +1, Neutron = 0, electron =-1.

So Electron has the smallest charge on absolute basis...(-1 less than 0), but a Neutron has smallest charge if we consider that electron has more charge...its just negative.

Does that make sense? I'm not sure I'm explaining with the best choice of words....but hey, I tried..

That I don't....but being a good goverment employee, a quick check of google suggests it's not a quick answer. There is even debate about size, classical theory vs modern theory...so suffice to say, over my head.

Yep, same here.

Mass was easy enough to find on Google, but I gave up with volume...
