Need help for SMS blocking app for Samsung Galaxy S5 ... anyone ?

So, today, I received my first ever spam text message on my cell phone Samsung Galaxy S5 !!
There is a feature on the phone itself which allows to add spam numbers once received but is there such an app that someone here uses which will warn of any such unwanted messages?
I've searched Google Play .... some available but reviews are pretty bad.
Still looking though.

Thanks!

Well, if it was your first message I'd say just blocking the number would be a good start. You should also be able to add keywords to block in the messaging app's settings menu.

I use "Blacklist" app, a reddish shield with a phone on it, it tells when a call or a sms was blocked.

In the Android Play Store I believe this app is called "Calls Blacklist". (I'm trying it out now; THANKS for suggesting it.)

Lol... I don't even get outside spam texts. All my spam comes directly from tracfone.

I have no idea what tracfone is ...

As for my "dilemma" with the spams texts .... solved with the app "Black List" and a couple of tweaks within the phone itself.
