Japan Fleet Kills 333 Whales in Antarctic Hunt : Discovery News

Japan is the only country that still does this. I am thinking of responding with my wallet, by not buying Japanese products.

Antarctic minke whale (Balaenoptera bonarensis) isn't endangered...yet.

Norway, Iceland and the Faroe Islands (autonomous territory of Denmark) also still engage in a northern minke whale (B. acutorostrata) fishery. Aboriginal peoples in the U.S., Canada, Greenland (Denmark), and Russian Federation also engage in subsistence whale fisheries.

I sympathize, but if I boycotted everything I find immoral, disgusting and greedy I'd be out on the ground sitting naked with no possessions and no hope of having any.

I keep looking for something that is not "all about the money"...but haven't found it yet. It's not a Japanese problem, it's a human problem....a disease we all have...but few want to admit.

Regards!

What about Japanese cameras made in Vietnam (or the Phillipines)?
