I always keep the boxes as I may want to upgrade my cameras which I've done with the K200D, K20 and the K-5, K-5II.s. If you look after your gear and sell it with the original box and paperwork you usually get a good price with less quibbling or bargaining. I have a big garage in the Backyard so no problems for space.
