What is correct form of this thread title?
How many 'o' in doomed?
Caps or no caps?

At the price of some of their lens caps it is I that is doomed if I lose any more of them.

It is correct as you've written it.
All words in a title should be capitalized except for words such as the, and, for, of, it, etc.

Just trying to figure out how people like it so I can make a good t shirt design that everyone appreciates the spelling/grammar...
