All the site does is look at length, it does not evaluate:
Case => Upper/Lower
Numbers
Spaces
The use of non-dictionary rules.

The site is pretty weak in evaluating password strength. Most organizations require at least eight (8) characters which can be broken relatively quickly.

Nice try to give an idea on how easy it is to break "small" passwords but the site gives really misleading results. Use a 25 character word directly from the dictionary and you are toast. (Hint look up Rainbow Tables)
