The mortality rate of those who exercise regularly and eat a healthy diet is exactly the same as for those who don't.

Precisely - exactly 100%
Yep - same for people who breathe.

While I do advocate breathing in the end it isn't going to change anything.

Well, I still like milk. And milk for babies, true. But it's also for everyone. When you grow up, you started to love not only the milk but also the skins it came from

I mostly stick to coffee and water. I've seen bottles of expensive "juice" at the market. I'll check a label or two next through for fun.

While recently shopping for sausage, I read the ingredients for "chorizo", a type of Spanish "food". The ingredients started with "salivary glands".
We all like the Chorizo breakfast taco here. Ha, never inquired as to ingredients. Just pass the tomatillo sauce....

it really is for your safety

when I worked the rural area west of here one of the small dairy operations sold raw milk to amateur cheesemakers

a family of one spent a harrowing weekend in the hospital after drinking the milk instead of cheesing it

that said, I spent many summers drinking milk, freshly squeezed, straight from the cow
We drank much raw milk growing up from cows and goats, our aunts had the livestock. We would sometimes, it was great fun, still love raw milk when obtainable. I personally drink a gallon of milk a week plus (sometimes raw cow or goat milk) use half and half coffee creamer, heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, etc. So far haven't died yet.

That's one reason why I drink bourbon with breakfast.
