Sold a universal viewfinder for rangefinder cameras. After I sold my zorki 3 earlier, the viewfinder had to go. On to new adventures!

I’d like to de-acquire more but the Marketplace is realizing about two trades a day.

Haven't yet put it in the mail but I'm giving my oldest granddaughter my K-5, and two lenses for her birthday, this past (December 26th)

In Chris's thread, I gave away some film, and a M42 adapter I'd never use that I bought brand new for $16 on eBay because seller didn't know what he had.

Binned a few more dead lenses - broken elements etc. - nothing worth fixing.

Yesterday I sold my Konica Hexanon 40mm f/1.8 which I had been using on my Fuifilm X-M1. It's a very nice little lens and with the adapter about the same size as many old primes, it's sharp wide open (at least in the centre) and nicely built, but it doesn't make sense to have a single Konica lens. The buyer didn't want the adapter so I still have that in case any other Konicas come my way but I more than doubled my money on it and the cash will go towards something that makes more sense.

I just threw a real handy little flash unit, the AF200T, in the trash can. For some reason, it has just stopped lighting up, and two different sets off new batteries made no difference--first time a flash unit has ever totally gone south on me.

According to an online article I read a while back it is when the capacitors run down completely that the flash no longer fires - as you have done put some brand new batteries in it and run the test fire cycle a few times and the capacitors may just charge up again. I have had a little bit of success bringing a flash back alive again when it seemed bricked.
