Seriously though, my interests ebb and flow. I occasionally write, and when I'm feeling it my output is prolific. Photography is the same way. I find it best to take pics regularly, even casually with my phone. The mental exercise keeps it fresh.
Haha no.. maybe was depressed though. My creative interests ebb and flow too.. big time. Usually I write music for months while my camera gets a rest and vice versa. Or I take up a video game or books for a bit. Sometimes I hit low spots then it pretty much all takes a rest.. But my relationship with and study of God is built stronger in the low spots. So that's ok.
I just spent a ton on Nikon gear recently, so I'm trying out that realm at the moment... Ebb and flow.. de-acquisition followed by acquisition.. hopefully not followed by more de-acquisiton any time soon.
