Looking for members in France

I need to send to an embassy in Paris a prepaid envelope that they would use to send some documents to me in Portugal.

I am unable to locate any courier that will sell me such a service in Portugal. An alternative, according to the embassy, is to use a prepaid Registered mail envelope. I don't see how one could prepay for registered mail, unless there is such a service in France that I have not encountered elsewhere.

A final option would be to have the embassy send the stuff to a member in France (because it is possible to buy a prepaid France-to-France envelope), who would then send it to me. I would prepay for everything, of course.

Any suggestions from French members would be appreciated.
