I need a new monitor

I have to hit it on the side to get it to come back on. It has gotten worse as I now have to hit it with my tripod:ugh:
Any suggestion, any to avoid. If you have a favorite, send it's model number too.

Have a read through the Post Processing and General Talk sections, there have been a few threads about this subject.
I think that's where this thread would have been better placed.

Same situation here... acutally not.. my CRT works fine, no need to hit it in the head to keep it going (he he he) but it takes too much damn space (22"CRT) and theprice has dropped considerably on the LCDs...

So any highly recommended LCD with nice color management?
