Mobile Storage unit

These must be available. Looking for a rechargeable battery powered unit that will store my photos from the sd card while in the field and clear the card for more use without lugging a netbook or similar about. This needs to be without wireless although that would be helpful to transfer elsewhere later or via usb. . Its needs to be able to read a 64gb ScanDisk Ultra. Be even better if it would connect back to my K70 some how to view. Hope this makes sense
Thanks

Try an SD card reader with a connector for the brand of Phone you use. I bought the OEM Apple version from Amazon for $30 for use with my iPad but you could use an iPhone for transfer to iCloud temporary storage and download from Cloud to your workstation or laptop later. I imagine you can turn off auto-upload and transfer back to a workstation by using the phone as a connected storage device.

I have to ask though, why don’t you just carry multiple SD cards?

Search the forums, there are several threads about these devices. There are several brands available and you should be able to locate them on B and H photo or Adorama's sites. They are at least a few hundred each but can allow you to store and view images on a portable device that is not a laptop or tablet while having an SSD for storing the images internally also.

Thank you all very much. Digital Foci looks the business. I have a load of SC cards but I don't want the restriction of keeping the camera on the lowest resolution to maximise the cards usage.
I go to Canada once a year and we are away from civilization internet etc. Plenty to photo like the chap attached giving me the stink eye a few years ago.
