Anyone watching the World Series?

Despite my team not making it to the post season, MLB's 2019 was full of reasons to love the game. A lot of hungry teams with high-quality players meant that there were few clear winners until well after the All-Star Break, and even when those leaders were identified, the wild-card games threw many for a loop. Now the long slow hibernation period begins, except for off-season trades and such, there will be little of interest until Opening Day.

My Mets played better than expected, finishing ten games over .500.
But they played poorly for long stretches in 2019.

FWIW Mets were 7-3 vs Washington this season, fueling my what-if's...
