Naaah, let's have a Royal Commission so we can work out what the previous 57 bushfire inquiries since 1939 have already told us, and we can kick the can down the road for another year.
As a company OH&S rep I hope the pollies are wearing steel toe caps.

Split the dough down the middle and spread with raspberry Jam.

Coat top with chocolate and sprinkle with Coconut

Sounds...... Interesting?

The 'B' side to Irene Carah's Flashdance ..?

Sounds like a 80s ' stadium ' rock band .. like Journey , Aerosmith, etc

As I call it a 80s mamby pamby song. The one we are guessing

This was a tune used by Sydney's Triple M radio station in ads promoting themselves, in the early '80s. It is an extract from The Journey of a Fool, by Mike Batt.

Was that the same Mike Batt that "discovered" the Wombles?

The footage in that Four Corners report was terrifying wasn't it? And Jim Molan managed to make himself look like a real goose.

Horrendous,it's amazing so few have died when you see how awesome it can get.

My barber is a local RFS captain, talked to him today. He isn't hopeful for the next few months.

There's still a lot of bush that can be burnt,I'd like to see it rain for a month!

Lots of smoke over the south coast area today, where I am it made for a spectacular sunset. The smoke is presumably from the still smouldering fires on Kangaroo Island.

Lots of rain over the East coast where the fires have been,I'm sure an assistance to the people still on the job.

My small dam is full,so big one shouldn't be far behind.

I hope it's enough rain to prevent anymore flare ups.

Emergency services are a diversified group, fire fighting now flood management.Variety keeps their skills honed!
