We didn't know each other well, but I remember being pleased when Martha became a Moderator because I knew from her posts she was a thoughtful and kind person. She'll be missed.

Hi Terri, I want to offer my sincere condolences to you and Martha's friends and family. She was also a valued member, helper and moderator on a number of computer related forums like VirtualDr and Sysopt where I and many others got to know her and be her friend and colleague for many past years. We hadn't heard from her in a while and google search led me here to find out the terrible news of her passing.

She was much loved by all of us and she will be missed.

oh yes i had forgot about virtual dr, im a memeber there also, thank you and please let them all know what happened please, i know she would want you all to know she didn't just leave.

My condolences for your loss. I interacted with your mother a few times while purchasing lenses from her, she was a very pleasant person to correspond with.

I'm very sorry to hear of Mar's passing. She was one of the great characters of this forum. I had a number of warm and friendly public and private exchanges with Mar and was honoured that she regarded me as a friend. I will miss her very much.

My condolences to you Terri and to your family. I hope it is some comfort to know how many lives Mar touched around the world.
