I've never understood why so many drivers in the UK have problems with roundabouts - especially indicating when appropriate, and right of way. They're such a common feature of our roads here.
I'm not sure how easily I'd adapt to using them in a country that drives on the right, though. I must have done it before... in France, Belgium, Holland; perhaps Germany too... but I don't remember doing so. The last time I drove abroad was in New England, and I don't recall encountering them over there. I
do recall being somewhat surprised by the "turn on red" practice... We don't have that in the UK
