Marketplace Rule Bending.....Admin Input Please.

Currently the marketplace has a rule:

You may only place links to your own eBay auctions after the auctioned item has been listed in the Marketplace for at least one week

I think this is a perfectly valid and reasonable policy, however I was wondering if exceptions would be made for people to more easily take advantage of MS cashback offer? My thinking is the auction must be "Buy it Now" only, and the seller must only accept paypal, basically if you want to list an auction in the marketplace (prior to the one week) it has to fullfill all (and only) the restrictions for MS Cashback.

It just seems easier for both the buyer and seller if this were the case. I recently purchased a lens using this MS cashback via this marketplace, and coordination was a bit tricky, perhaps if an item is listed BIN on ebay from the get-go it would be easier on everyone.

Thoughts?
