keep getting error messages from the user database

hello!

any of you people have the same issue??
when trying to connect to the reviews here are a few sample messages I keep getting:

I cannot connect to the ReviewPost database. [$php_errormsg]
I cannot connect to the Members database. []

I reload a page a couple of times and then it works.

is this normal?

I was getting the message a lot last night and again this morning (to a lesser extent). Occasionally it would default to the home page with a banner indicating maintenance was being performed. Hopefully that is all it is and it will be back to normal shortly.

yes we all are getting error messages and yes , sometimes it is normal,

or perhaps should I say unavoidable?
