Hi all..I'm totally exhausted. Shot all day under too much pressure..Did 5 still life and 6 fashion pages all shot with the K10D and 40 Limited for fashion and Pentax Macro 100 for still life. Here is a sample not retouched from Raw with 100 Macro...

BTW, did you consider using FA 35/2 AL for fashion photography? I have a feeling that FA 35 could be a very, very good tool for your type of work: it excels at all apertures, fast enough (f/2), good bokeh, good contrast, distortion free, with surprisingly smooth manual focusing for an auto-focus lens. I am sure it has good chances to replace DA 40/2.8. If you get a chance don't miss it!

I used the Pentax Macro for the first tme on this shoot, so I am afraid I don't. There will be four more images in a couple of days once they are retouched. Is there something I might help you with?

What a great photograph. Love the simplicity of form. Its simple but it isn't. To take so few items and make such a complex photo is something. The image has an alive quality to it. Well done.
