Hi Levan, the member's map is not automatic, and each member has to choose to be included on it.
I'm pretty sure there are other members in your area, just a little shy, maybe.

too shy I would say because single person I know is on facebook whom I haven't met.

I don't know that I've put myself on the member map, but I do geo-tag some of my photos, and I've started a PF group for my area to attract "neighbors"
