Steve, you've been in my prayers and I know that God is in control of all things. As they say... everybody wants to go to heaven, but nobody wants to die.

Indeed this is all sad, but the courage you have shown in face of impossible odds is so inspiring. I admire you brother. And I won't give up on praying.
