I have not been as active here recently as I have in the past, and this is very sad news to return to. Steve will be missed by us all. So sorry to hear of his loss. May there be peace for him and his family.

Sorry to have missed this sad event : I was in the Hospital myself and came within a hairbreadth to pass away myself. Worst part of dying : You can't see the beauty of light anymore.

Condolences to the Family

Such shocking news even though it was something Steve told us all about some time ago. I knew him from these forums, as many did, but I am immensely sad at the thought that he won't be here with us anymore. I hope his family find peace, and that Steve is at peace.

Sad to learn of the news.
I found myself checking back on his last thread here to see if his condition would improve, but kind of knew the answer when he did not get back to the thread.

Rest in peace

Sad news indeed, as I only just found this thread I have been away from Pentaxforums as work has been increasing for me along with my University studies.

Stevebrot was one of the forum posters that intrigued me enough to join here.

Steve's enthusiasm is sorely missed. Never met him personally but when I heard the news it felt like a close friend.
Somehow, I didn't get myself to reply until now.

Thanks,
Ismael
