Hospitals suck - everywhere!

With an ever-increasing population density, an increasingly elderly population, and more for-profit (and bureaucratic) hospitals, I don't know if we will see a more humane medical system in the future.

The role that family plays in the overall care of a patient is as important now as it ever was.
