Prodigital - additional $20 bank charge?

So I just noticed either my bank or their bank charged me an additional $19.95 for the purchase. The charge was made using a Visa bank card from Bank of America....

Is this some sort of international transaction fee????

is it a seperate line, or is it an increase over the original amount?

Seems high for a currency conversion fee. Citibank charges $2. Some issuers to a fixed percentage or a fixed see and take the highest one. You might want to check you most recent service agreement. They have to publish all of there fees and charges before you accept the card. If the policy changes you have a reasonable period of time cancel the card if you choose not to abide by the new agreement (once the account is paid off of course).
