Just wanted to drop by and say hi to everyone. Dang diabetes and the cold/flu season! Seems like now I catch every little bug no matter how much I control my diabetes. Exercise, eat right and sugar numbers look real good but still catch every sniffle there is.

Well, enough griping from me. Hope all of you are well.
