"Blood drenched river"? "Premier of Tasmania who was a female?"

You sure you didn't get this dream from Bob Brown? Benji, have you been sleeping with Bob Brown, you old dog?

Coupla errors:

* The Port Arthur Massacre, as the name implies, was in Port Arthur, a former convict settlement, not Hobart.

* Port Arthur, in Tasmanian terms, is nowhere near Hobart. Granted, if you come from Canada, it might be hard scaling down distances to Tasmanian resolutions.

* Tassie's never had a female premier. The premier at the time of the massacre was Tony Rundle.

* It did have a premier called Jim Bacon, whose wife was called Honey Bacon. Doesn't have anything to do with the dream or the massacre, but I think that Honey Bacon's an awesome name.

In my dream it was a woman I was expressing myself to. It was in an official administrative building and in my dream I assumed she was the Premier of Tasmania. I entered the Port of Hobart which I could readily identify years later via the internet. Hobart was the port of entry, but the blood, broken glass and debris, felt so realistic that it felt like I was really there. The fact that the dream was so out of context with my paradigm, I was initially more impressed by that than the content of the dream. Why did I dream about Tasmania? I'll never forget this episode. It left a lasting impression with me.

They've been known to dream pretty hard in that part of the world for a long time.

Well, I've satisfied myself about this, with enough detail to know this stuff does exist. Your experience is interesting.

WHEN I WAS ABOUT NINE OR TEN YEARS OLD, AND I’LL NEVER FORGET THIS FOR THE
REST OF MY LIFE. AS I WAS LYING IN BED JUST STARTING TO NOD OFF AND NOT YET
ASLEEP, I SAW A BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT AT THE END OF A TURBULENT VORTEX. MY
BODY FELT NUMB, HOWEVER I WAS TOTALLY AWARE OF MY PHYSICAL STATE. I FELT A
PEACE I HAVE NEVER FELT IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I WANTED TO GO THERE BUT MY
PHYSICAL CONSCIENCE MIND DIDN’T WANT TO GO TO IT AND FOUGHT OR RESISTED THE
DESIRE. I PUSHED WITH ALL THE STRENGTH I COULD MUSTER TO TRY AND SIT UP.
I PUSHED AS HARD AS I COULD BUT COULD NOT SIT UP FOR LONG AND FINALLY FELL
BACK TO
THE PILLOW. AGAIN I TRIED TO FIGHT THE DESIRE TO GO THERE AND I SAID TO
MYSELF, BUT NOT OUT LOUD, “DON’T BE AFRAID” AND I FELL BACK AGAIN. ON THE
THIRD
ATTEMPT TO GAIN CONTROL OF MY PHYSICAL BODY I PUSHED MYSELF UP AND SAID TO
MYSELF AGAIN NOT OUT LOUD “IF THIS IS DEATH, YOU HAVE NOTHING TO FEAR” AND I
FINALLY RELENTED. I LOST ALL CONSCIOUSNESS. I’VE NEVER FORGOTTEN THIS
EXPERIENCE AND HAVE OFTEN WONDERED WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO ME. MY SISTER
WHO IS A CLINICAL SOCIOLOGIST HAS SUGGESTED THAT I MAY HAVE HAD A DEEPLY
MOVING SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE.
This seems to fit closely the symptoms of "sleep paralysis". It is not uncommon and is accompanied by inability to move and hallucinations, while consciousness and later memories are retained. It can be very frightening in some cases. It's a very interesting phenomenon, you may want to do some research on it.

There's no objective proof that you remotely viewed anything. There may be proof to you, but that's it.

Not trying to be mean or anything, just saying.
