and again, its okay to indulge once in awhile.. but if you do NOT live an active life, then ANY indulgence is bad for you.
I too realized this when I was at work and my stomach started hitting the keyboard shelf. I was like "holy crap - I've got a problem here."
I stopped drinking sugared soda and lost 10 lbs. in about a month.
I've been slowly losing ever since, by way of diet and daily exercise, and a change in my horrible eating habits. Basically, I was just eating way too much at every meal.
