You could go buy a little antenna until your receiver gets back, as there are many local channels that even broadcast in HD that you can pick up over the old fashioned airwaves. You can probably find a cheap one for $30.

I have been thinking of getting rid of my TV. it wuld also cut my cable bill. so comcast would only be getting half of the money they are robbing from me now. the only show I keep up with is NCIS but I can wach that online. the only channels worth a damn or the likes of national geographic, history, science, etc. TV sucks.

Well mine is satellite. And I like those channels plus foodtv, hgtv, that kind of stuff. 5 days. Last night I had to talk to the wife. It's killing me.

OK Truth is I really don't watch much tv. Usually it's on but I have too much else to do. Plus it's hard to watch TV when a 10 week old is around. It's hard to edit photos when he's awake. And lately he's awake a lot more and wants attention too. Man I can't wait till I get home to see the little one. Highlight of my day is when I get home. Saddest is when I have to leave him in the morning.

Oh Yeah. Broadcast TV is Digital so you need a converter box too. My sets are not digital TVs.

All my neighbors are old. Don't think so. I need 2 25 year olds

I tried making my own receiver out of spare parts I have but it kept igniting the second stage boosters on the rocket.

I don't know about that - all the Dems I know are still laughing their asses off over her, and I know Reps who are "scared shitless of her" because she's fracturing their party.
