So you thought Pentax Star lenses were expensive?

$1000 Mamiya/Sekor Lens

The guy has more lenses coming.

I was looking at Leica M lenses, for my Sigma. Which make that Mamiya lens look like a Holga price wise
It's a very popular mod to fit the Sigma, they adapt either the lens or the body.
Now that I think of it, if you adapt the lens it might just fit a Pentax.

Believe it or not, I didn't buy any.... yet. However if I win the lotto I might.
Now, if only I could afford a ticket

Looks like a 70 or 80 LS lens, obviously, not worth that.

Really? A friend of mine was just looking at one, pretty sure it was a 70: I said I'd eventually take it off his hands if he didn't like it. Wasn't in any kind of special condition, but it wasn't expensive at all.

I can ask about it (like where it was) when he comes online, I don't actually think he bought it. It's somewhere on my list of things to pick up eventually, especially since my 80 seems to have a problem, but I've been trying to get up to speed on digital as a priority.

The thing that bugs me is that they are selling a $1,000 lens but it looks like they used a cell phone camera to take the picture.

Nope, cell phones have better cameras than that these days.
I think they used a Holga, with fungus on the lens to take the photo.
