Trish usually puts some music on around 5:00pm. Her mother had rubella and Trish was born deaf (mostly). She has 30% hearing in one ear, zero in the other ear, and had to go to the deaf school to learn how to speak. Hearing aids are getting better. Since she got the latest one, she can actually hear the music instead of a vaguely nice up and down sound. She's taken over the hi-fi. And when she puts something on, it's usually at one third volume on the amp (aka "loud"). I'm in our office which is 1.5 floors above the main living area.

I listen to good stuff
