We lived within walking distance (3/4 mile) from the pier during most of the '80s but I don't remember Sunday concerts back then. A recent visit to that area revealed significant changes during our quarter-century-plus absence.

The upcoming Fleetwood Mac tour without Lindsay Buckingham will be interesting. Mike Campbell will cover him on guitar, Neil Finn on vocals (Neil's no slouch with guitar either), but they're big shoes to fill again:

My friend who is a luthier and has a guitar shop here created a new guitar in recent years called the Dobrato.
I took some of his product photos and he has been doing well with it selling 100 of them so far and several to some famous musicians including Mike Campbell (and Mike Gordon and Jimmy Buffett to name a couple more)last year.
So my buddy Kent is beside himself excited to know his creation may be played as part of Fleetwood Mac!

That is a way cool story I’m passing on to my buddy who played flat pick guitar on several of the Smithsonian Folkways Collections. He’s backed a long list of Bluegrass and Folk artists over the years.
