Stumbled across this one, pleasant music, excellently captured images, creative choreography.

Exactly.

My piano teacher was into this kind of thing with Boulez and other composers.
Too much for me. I liked the old composers better, nothing beats Bach.
Modernism sort of ends with Satie for me, his gymnopèdes were master pieces.

She is stunningly beautiful!

And that little smile she gives a couple of times near the end...........

Oh yes, the choreography is excellent too!

My son made good use of his downtime and finished his first album and got it up on Spotify and other major streaming platforms. He played all instruments, sang all the parts, recorded, mixed, and produced this. I'm super proud!

If you only have time to check out one song, listen to this one, The Situation which is his newest. Timely and good!

Cool! Timely indeed!

Congratulations! I like the soundscape he's creating, some bits of it make me think of late Pink Floyd - not sure why, it just does.

ISÁK, for those who like "something different"

The first part is a traditional joik, the second is the group's own.

Thanks!
He is only 17 but loves Pink Floyd and lots of other older musicians (in addition to select new stuff he turns me onto). I like to think I imparted some good musical taste in him despite being his lame dad. My brother took him to see Roger Waters last year and that was probably pretty influential too.

Not bad at all, good on him!

The opening recalls "Wish You Were Here" as do the vox, though really his voice is a bit more like Jakob Dylan from the Wallflowers.

Out for a drive on a Sunday afternoon, and this comes on the radio, I must turn it up.

One of my favorite songs from George Harrison, and something about this video makes me enjoy it even more.
