Though 2020 was not a great year for live music, working from home allowed me to find a lot of new music releases, and the time to really listen to them.
Three albums released in 2020 stand out in my mind, the first is "Threesome, Vol I " but the Lickerish Quartet
I heard about the Lickerish Quartet by chance during a radio interview, while driving home from the office on a spring day before the lockdown began. Composed of several former members of Jellyfish, I was intrigued enough to seek their EP out, and all 4 songs are fantastic, ranging from straight arena rock to acoustic lovesongs, It is truly serendipity to purchase some music on a whim and find it to be even better than expected.

Never got to see them, My friend Evan worked the 1969 show at the Rockpile, but i was only 9 for that show, I did own up to Physical Graffiti. Great band but i never want to hear Stairway to heaven again

saw a lot of great shows but the one I liked the best (at least pre punk) was The Who Dec 11 1975 at Maple Leaf Gardens, have the bootleg (it is considered one of the best bootlegs) Glad I got to see them with Moon
