One drawback I find chilling out with vinyl is that just as you are starting to settle down and relax...you have to get up to turn the record over

I saw them when they were opening for Robert Plant, before they had a record deal. They stunk so bad, the whole place went to the beer garden until they were off the stage. Always baffled me how they got a record deal. Maybe the record company was smoking something. 😅

Snap I'm listening to it just now. I remember there were numerous rumours of a film based on this album I even think at one point the project was started however with the rift between Hackett and Gabriel it was destined not to be.

Mentioned on Flickr I saw this tour, dec 16 74 at maple leaf gardens in Toronto floors 35 rows back left side . Amazing show. They lost me when Peter left (my Tastes were changing I had seen New York dolls with kiss earlier that year on my birthday at Massey hall... )

I am however listening to this now thanks (maybe time to haul out Selling England by the Pound

I wasn’t lucky enough to see Genesis with Peter Gabriel fronting them.I didn’t start attending gigs until the late 70s ,my first one was Genesis touring the Duke album,not their finest (Steve Hackett continues to tour their earlier music and is well worth catching)
