That is something has always been difficult for a lot of people. However, I agree that it is more of a problem at present. In fact it may be acute. Another good example is William Jefferson Clinton and George Herbert Walker Bush. They are good friends as well. Truman and Nixon on the other hand, ouch! Truman had some choice things to say about Nixon and that was long before Nixon became president.
