Did you listen to his talk before the UN? Or any of the apology tour? The US was bad. He apologizes for the US and we did nothing good up until he took office.
Not so. It's just been a while.

A while. Like the aid we sent for the sunami victims? Or tried to send to Burma? Or the foreign aid we give? And just about every other disaster that occurs?

There's some bad mixed in with the good. And some good mixed in with the bad. This is always the case.

It just depends on what your point of view is as to what's good and what's bad.

Well I don't know what your line of business is but let me ask you something. If your talking to a client do you show him everything you've ever done wrong? If you are a photog do you show a potential client all your goofs? If your the president of the USA do you tell everyone that up until you took office your country was wrong?

In each case you bring out your best. The Obama should have been telling about the good things of our country. He could have at least done 50-50 instead of 1-99

The president of the US is suppose to act in the interest of the US. Not the world. Not Canada. Not Australia. Not Britain. Not Iran. The US and only the US. That's Constitutional. If he's a "ciitizen of the world" that's a conflict of interest and the Obama should resign.

So you want Joe Biden as President?

BTW, where in the Constitution does it state that the Pres cannot act in the interests of the globe, especially being the "world" is where the US of A is located?

BTW #2, your statement, "He could have at least done 50-50 instead of 1-99" misrepresents what actually occurred.

Nice job, you repeated the Glenn Beck talking points perfectly.

More than that, if someone told your father he couldn't have "religion" of *any* kind without believing in fear and stupidity and willful blindness... someone taught him all kinds of petty and unflattering things about his God.

I don't think that *any* God worth the name is that small-minded. And if they are, they're no friend of humans.
His beliefs are based on fear...fear of Israel, fear of Muslims, fear of anyone equal or left of Fox News...

Just for kicks, this is the paper he reads American Free Press - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Follow some of the active links in there for a taste.

That's about as narrow-minded as it gets. I glance at the articles...every single one blames the Jews/Israel for everything from 9/11 to the recession. I find it pathetic, untruthful, and downright despicable. I can't even talk politics with him because it's "Israel this, Israel that..."

Ask your dad if he seriously thinks that our president is the same as a guy who killed 17 MILLION people.
He'll say: "Welllllll...noooooo...but some of the stuff he's doing is reminiscent of that time. He wants control of this n that...etc"

I think people who make comparisons to Nationale Sozialismus really don't understand. It's the most famous, sure. Comparing Obama to Hitler takes it WAY too far. Until we have death camps (no George...the "death panels" are not concentration camps), control of the media, and an absolute dictatorship...Obama is not Hitler.

I also find it funny...the Republicans will accept Medicare and Social Security when the time comes. Socialists. The hypocrisy is tiresome.

The idealism that the "US's shit don't stank" is the exact reason people hate America. "We get our way and F everyone else" is the problem.

Why aren't you blaming that one President, like you should? "Something, something...America should be the world's police..."

Remember that?

And to think I never listen to him. Or watch him. Can't say I ever did either.

You all want to just get along?

Hugo Chavez is openly doing it with first graders. So again you are wrong.

Yeah, all those screw-ups by Pres. Cheney require a lot of apologizing.

You do realize that these 'old fashioned values' of yours were once purported to include *manners,* right?
