My problem is that I can't seem to get rid of my gut. I try to eat right but I do love meat. I will use your advice and see what happens; I am getting the itch to go back into the gym.
It is ok to eat meat but it just has to be the right kind of meat.
If your talking about red meat cut it down to once a week.
Make sure your not using access sodium either.
Try to stick to leaner cuts of meat like fish or chicken breast and keep it baked no deep fried non sense.
Dont forget you also could be fighting genetics ...
