What's your favorite meal from a fast food restaurant?

I was disappointed when Wendy's discontinued their Premium Fish Fillet sandwich last year, but I guess at nearly 5 bucks just for the sandwich alone, it was not a wonder to why it's no longer available. I love how you were able to substitute fries with their Chili because I love their Chili.

Right now my favorite would probably be Fillet O'Fish value meal from Mcdonald's. I normally get Sprite with it.

I kind of like Chick-Fil-A's regular chicken sandwich. I don't usually get fries or a combo, just the sandwich.

Did I ever tell y'all about a friend's band that they named "Free Beer". They got booked just for their name. The sign outside the bar would read - "Thursday Night - Free Beer". It was a packed house every time.

From a small shop in Arrowtown NZ. Four big fillets and at least a half a pound of chips.

It was there in 2003 - a couple of picnic tables in the front to sit on. Your food was given to you wrapped in brown paper. The pop/soda came in a bottle (no glass) and I had to dig out my mini-leatherman to pop the top.

When we went back in 2006, it had changed, but the food was the same (pop/soda in cans with a glass).

Best stuff I have ever eaten (and I live in the Pacific NW - seafood is a claim to fame out here)

Me too. I love those things but they've become expensive. I remember when they could be bought for 99 cents.

Ahhh, these four words bring to mind memories of my youth with the occasional trip to the ball park with my dad on hot summer evenings. At just about the right time, with the evening breeze tapering off, out of the blue we’d hear a beer vendor yell “CO-beer”. Hundreds of guys including my dad would turn around looking for the fellow. And then my dad would see the frosty bottles in the vendor’s tray and mutter angrily “Schlitz!! Where’s the Bud?”

My favorite fast food? An early inning hot dog left-over from the previous night’s game and an ice CO-beer. These days, that’s about $10.
