While I'm no Max Baucus fan, this is an assumption I'm not yet willing to make. As I look thru some of his other video clips, it appears that this is the way he speaks. Unfortunately, the right wing blogosphere has hit the web with the clip faster than a new hottie porn video. We shall see. In the meantime, I will dismiss this as more of the propaganda that politics today is noted for.

Edit to add: If this proves to be true, it's pretty pathetic.

Well it's up to the viewer to decide how coherant this senator is. It is a good question but hey we have had drunk senators swimming naked in the big DC pond and bonking the ole lady on the capitol steps. One even drowned a consort while drunk driving and got away with it. Burp.
