But when you rile a jack ass not much occurs. You don't want to rile the elephant.

Oh, I don't think I can agree there. When the jackasses are riled huge black clouds appear out of nowhere...... and soon move right into the Whitehouse! Next thing you know they are cramming all sorts of bad medicine down the elephantrs throat, while he stands by helplessly, and makes all kinds of painful noise,.... all in vain. Nope, I think the elephant is a "sick puppy"...but the jackass, he is still in almost total control.
Regards!

See the jack asses just knee jerk. The elephant takes a lot of poking and prodding until they just don't take it any more. Then it's a stampede. It's easy to stop a jackass. Much harder to stop a charging elephant. Unless you can get his credit card away from him. But let's face it, elephants are just so much smarter than jack asses.

We know Dumbya was a 'C' student. However, Gore was only slightly better in that area and Kerry was actually worse. We don't know about BHO because he keeps his Occidental and Columbia records sealed up. Harvard law school could have been an anomaly because of Williams personality.

Dubya didn't accomplish much. What did Slick Willy accomplish? He appointed some carpet baggers to run Freddy and Fannie. He also spent much of his time defending White Watergate and later Tail Gate.

On Bubba's scholorship:

'Oxford Journal; Whereas, He Is an Old Boy, If a Young Chief, Honor Him
By MAUREEN DOWD,

OXFORD, England, June 8— President Clinton returned today for a sentimental journey to the university where he didn't inhale, didn't get drafted and didn't get a degree.

The last got rectified by Oxford University in a ceremony conducted by men in black gowns speaking in Latin in a 325-year-old stone building designed by Christopher Wren. Mr. Clinton, who studied politics at University College as a Rhodes Scholar from the fall of 1968 to the spring of 1970, was awarded an honorary doctorate in civil law.'

Oxford Journal; Whereas, He Is an Old Boy, If a Young Chief, Honor Him - The New York Times

As I recall, Mr. Clinton spent some of this time in Moscow doing peace marches. and fraternisation. Perhaps thats why he was not awarded a diploma.

Young Mr. Clinton's education was heavily wrapped up in managing his draft deferment.

Clinton's education and draft avoidance are contriversial and Snoops covers it,
A good read:

snopes.com: Bill Clinton Draft Dodger?

Who cares now, his wife(?) is Sec of State eh?

Clinton.....Balanced budget, surplus left for George, presided over the greatest economy in American history and kept us safe from terrorists. Dodged the draft.

George....Squandered the surplus on tax cuts for the richest 2% of Americans, blew the budget all to hell, and left us with a broken economy after presiding over the worst terrorist attack in our history. Dodged the draft and played with airplanes....a little, while his daddy tucked him in his bed each night.

Dick Cheney....World class Draft Dodger. Talks tough...with other peoples lives.

Yep, you're right, it is all right there on Wikipedia, you might try reading it before using it as a reference to the detriment of your boys.

Actually most of the "surplus" (and I use that term loosely) was a direct result of a "peace dividend". Let's not forget that he also failed to do basic maintenance. And he pretty much defunded the military. As peanut head did before Reagan. As did every democrat. And it's always a republican that has to clean up the mess. Ala 9-11. But hey if you don't maintain your house, let the pipes go, patch instead of actually replace the roof, don't change the oil in your car you to can have a "surplus". Thing is eventually someone has to pay for it. All Slick did was defer payment of what was due. There was a surplus. On paper anyway.

Actually, he "balanced" the budget after the '94 kick the bums out" election and Congress forced him to balance it. However, it has never really been balanced and the surplus was merely a paper trick for a couple of fiscal years. I agree the Dumbya spend to much in the deficit. However, that doesn't excuse the current mental midget in the W.H. to spend 5-10x what Dumbya did. The current trend is to put a worse carpet bagger than the previous one in the WH (and doper).
