Haven't posted here in a while... apparently I've lost weight since going back to school. I've been eating like 5-6 small meals each day so just by virtue of that I've slimmed down.

Weight- 170

Lifts have stagnated, except today I hit a deadlift PR of 275. Nearly passed afterwards though.

Time for me to get back on track. No more cake or other crap that I've been eating. I'm still hovering around 195 so I want to lose those last 10 pounds ASAP!

ok, training regimen restarted, starting tomorrow morning.

current weight: 176 lbs. yeah, I gained some weight significantly by 5 kilos during the last time.
target weight: 154 lbs.

total weight to lose: 22 lbs = 10 Kilos
set time = atleast 3 weeks. 1 month maximum.

All Systems Go !

TUESDAY, 1753HRS.

current weight: 174.6 lbs
previous weight: 176 lbs

weight lost: 1.8 lbs.

so far so good.

oh and what I ate today: brunch 0815HRS

Hearty Breakfast: 2 Eggs, HasHBrown, 2 Sausages,2 Pancakes and 3 cups of coffee with cream.

activities: weights and 3.5KM brisk walking.

Caution: not advisable for people who aren't used to the programme. can be risky.

WEDNESDAY, 1840HRS.

current weight: 172.8 lbs
previous weight: 174.6 lbs

weight lost: 1.8 lbs.

diet: a lit bit harsh. 1 chicken bun + coffee w/cream for brunch, 1 pork bun, energy bar + water.

activities: 2 kilometer walk, 2 lap swimming sprint (had to hurry and had to cut it short due to overcrowding), abs workout, arm curls, chest workout. last but not the least, 30 mins of basketball.

diet: ate a full plate of rice + pork stew for dinner last night.

Man most of you all are lightweights
After vacation in june I hit 260lbs. and had enough so I cut out bread and cookies and junk now I'm 230 and want to get to 200 but it is slow going at age 53 even while working out. Keep up the good work!! (ice cream is my downfall!)

A fun (sarcasm) workout my trainer sent me to do today:
Warmup:
Jog 1st-5th (two times)
50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Bodyweight Rows
50 Summo Squats

Workout: As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of the following (you should shoot for a MINIMUM of 8 rounds)
1 - 10 Eight Count Bodybuilders
2 - 15 Two Handed Swings (use the 30 lb KB)
3 - 20 reps of abs (your choice of abs, you can also change every round if you want)

Cool Down:
50 Regular Bodyweight Squats
50 Bodyweight Rows (with your palms facing up this time)
50 Dips
50 Situps
Jog 1st-5th (two times)

I remain convinced he is confused as to the purpose of the a warm-up and a cool-down *sigh*
