What time is it?

For those of us on Daylight Saving Time don't forget to march ahead this weekend.

Since I started working evening shifts 15 years ago, I find I function much better on daylight time than standard. I normally get to bed around 2am and like the extra daylight and the darker mornings. Normal people who work in the day probably prefer standard time.

Not me that's 4 sure. I usually hit the sack about 1 and git up around 6:30 am. But love the daylight after work.

The sunlight usually wakes me up, especially this time of year when it is still fairly low in the sky and there is still snow cover and no leaves on the trees. I do better sleeping straight through for 5 1/2 to 6 hours than waking up after 4 and then going (or trying) back to sleep.
