O.K., so he is indeed exceptionally intelligent; or at least extremely well self-motivated.
Could be also that they dumbed down the test. I'm just saying. Bless your heart.

That is entirely possible.
Is that "bless you heart" Southern-speak for "That was an insult, but don't take it personal"?
Bless your heart.

I almost wish I'd taken the SAT just so I could whip it out and participate in this pen*s comparison too... because everyone knows that what you did in high school will reflect on your knowledge and experience for the rest of your life.

I took it many, many, many, many (but not as many as Daacon) years ago. Back then I could care less. Today I could care less.

IQ doesn't change over the years. That I do know.

I do know that on the ASVBTs I score in the top 1% of the US.

That good, huh. I guarantee you that I took it before you, and I remember what I scored. I scored 33, but that was on the ACT, not the SAT.

ASVBT? What the heck is that?

All I come up with is:

ASSOCIATION SAINT-VAASTAISE DES BATEAUX TRADITIONNELS

Some pages mention test results, but they're not clear on what the heck it is. Sounds like a boat thing to me... I think you scored in the top 1% of traditional boats.

Did you mean to write ASVAB?

I guess "Correct Spelling of Acronyms" isn't part of the ASVAB test.

edit: I still think it's a boat thing

That leads to confusion:

Confederate States of America
Canadian Securities Administrators
Canadian Space Agency
Canadian Standards Association (my safety shoes adhere to this)
Confederate States Army

the list goes on and on. Not a single boat-related thing, though

Back in 77 (or was it 76) it was presented as the ASVBT armed services vocational battery test.

Back then they even had a section on clerical. That's the only section I didn't ace.

Hm. In '74 when I joined the Air Force there was the ASVAB and that was part of the score for the AFQT. (Armed forces qualifying test)
