Amazing and the driver lived.

According to CTV they looked into this (contacted the trucking company) and it's real. The driver of the car wasn't hurt and the truck driver just couldn't see the car below the hood.

Gotta love everyone having a video camera in their cell phones these days.

Gotta ask why no one pulled up beside the guy and waved at him to stop. Wouldnt want to get too close but you coulda stayed off a bit and gotten the driver's attention.

No smoke from the tires or sparks from the wheels. All other cars nicely behind the truck and no other cars on the lanes the truck is driving

It's real but a stunt I think.

I agree,
Isn't one of the best features of cabover trucks Front Visibility It would be a little more believable with a convectional unit.

I can believe that maybe he couldn't see it from a normal relaxed seated position, but at some point there had to have been an impact that would have been felt. I can't believe that the driver wouldn't have looked around a bit to see where the "thump" came from. I would also think there would be some really strange noises from pushing a car sideways at highway speed.
I call BS on this being an accident.

Turns out this was real. The driver was interviewed on the news last night. She was still in shock after several days.

No nothing from him Stu. Just the rather freaked out woman. Lucky to be alive.
