I for one would welcome a free and friendly Nikon forum that looks nice. The ones I've found are expensive and/or look ugly. I won't browse an ugly forum. For film I still use Pentax, but my digital system is Nikon.

Great idea Adam, I think a good number of people may have different brands. I use canon for most of my wildlife stuff now and would look forward to a place to post some pics without feeling guilty.

Ya think the marketting folks at Pentax have taken notice in this thread of how many loyal Pentax consumers / forum members have switched brands for at least some of their equiptment?

They should!

As far as the Canikon site goes...I can tell you it will have the same great usability of this forum, and a nice theme similar to (but better than) the red one here.
