I posted my first pic's in months yesterday however they were also the last pic's I plan on posting in there.

I didn't even know I was in the contest until I got an email telling me that I was a contender. I just like to post a lot of stuff anyway. Now I have an excuse for hanging at the computer for extended durations and ignoring some of the usual housework. "Hey babe, like I have a really really good shot at this nice lens that I couldn't afford otherwise unless we sell the log-splitter! Do we have any frozen pizzas left?" I feel like the accidental contestant. But as our Brit cousins might say, "I'd be a c*nt to quit now." So I guess I'll ride it on out. Less than a week to go? I sure hope so.

I have concentrated my posting in the Lens Club threads that I participate and the Mini-Challenges threads etc. Up until today, 95% of my posting in the contest was images etc. However, I figured out that 1 line figure captions result in images posts being calculated as too short by the algorithm used to compute scores. The only 1 of the 5 people ahead of me at the moment that has been posting images in significant quantity is Robin.

And I have continued to do so, even though images count for far too little, IMO. After all, this is a photography forum!
