They come up regularly on ebay. There's three FA 200mm macro out right now on ebay, one in Japan, and two in Europe. But they ask for ~4000US$ for the later two. The one in Japan has been sitting there for a while...probably because of fungus on the last lense element.
Those "Two" in Europe are exactly the same lens, from two different fleabay sellers based in the Czech Rep. both advertise the same serial number #3814828 in their listings. Both stores seem to have good feedback...

Bought a Nikon F with a Photomic FTN this weekend. Serial # indicates it was made in Sept/Oct 1969. The Micro-Nikkor 55/3.5 is from around 1974. $125 is a bit more than I like to spend, but it was to support a community art center...

I bought a lot from shopgoodwill a few weeks ago. Of the 4 cameras the ME SE was the only one that fully works. (The Yashica 107 is dead with corroded battery compartment. The Mamiya ZE2 seems to be dead, an LED in the viewfinder did light up once. The MZ-5N has bad flash spring as expected, I didn't try any batteries in it yet.) There were a bunch of lenses, no fungus so I'm happy with that.

All I was really after from the lot was the Sekonic Studio Deluxe that looks brand new.

Back in 1974 I came very close to buying a new old stock Nikon F Photomic. Think it had the F 1.4 Nikkor 50mm lens. It was in a store in Edmonton and I can't recall for the life of me, the name of the store, but it was a department store with a camera dept.

I bought my Pentax ES ll instead and it has been a fine, durable camera. But I like the looks of the old Nikon F with the Photomic head.

A nice camera you have there (Nikon F) that shows a few effects of age, but I like that...it adds character and some mileage.

A three-pack of Kodak UltraMax 400 for use in my Minolta DL35 (waterproof camera) on holiday next week. At €5 a roll (36 exposures) I can't remember the last time I got such a good deal on 400 speed colour film.

My latest acquisition makes photography seem trivially cheap Moving to a new flat on Monday, got the keys yesterday. It will still be 3-4 weeks until we get the money for our current crib so right now I'm deeper in debt than I've ever been

This is a huge event; hope the move goes well. Best wishes for happiness in your new place.

Don't forget to pack your camera gear.

Many fleabay sellers use multiple accounts with different names - "met" a few recently, including a local "Cash Exchanger" shop where the guy told me that!

Just “won” an auction for Jessops PK fit extension tubes. They look a little dusty but I’ll give them a quick clean and they’ll be right as rain I’m sure. It’s the full set of 13/21/31mm.

Thanks I think we'll be happy there, the place has a good feeling about it.

Moved the camera gear today, along with some other stuff I'll rather not have strangers handle.

Congrats! Me, the OH and the dogs moved in February. Absolutely mental and, as you say, highlights the relative inexpensiveness of hobbies!

Thanks, and right back at ya! Yes, the scary thing is that I find myself "relaxing" with perusing the online marketplaces more thoroughly now

My wife is a bit worried about what to do if/when her gen. 6 Nano dies. One did die on her, but I had an extra (one I got to replace my recalled - and long dead! - gen. 1 Nano).

They do have some advantages over phones - like a decent battery life
