I must’ve glanced past it however I’m sure it won’t be an issue for me to modify accordingly.

Today this lens arrived:

But it is not the one I paid for which was a 35mm 2.8 lens called XY Surveillance. So to be continued

And now I have one on its way to me, seller claims it’s got no splits in the plastic. Decent price too!

Today, I placed an 'order' for a white solenoid from a respectable member of this Pentax forum. Hopefully won't take long to reach me so I can fix the K-50 I have handy.
I also received a tempered glass screen protector for the K-70 I've recently procured, which I'll fit later.

Hopefully @Benz3ne has room for the many puppers!

Nice results, Dave.

I'm sure I could squeeze a couple more in... I keep trying to persuade SWMBO to let me get another (atop the two we currently own)!

Agreed, very nice P'Berry!

Rokinon 14mm/2.8. Hoping to get out with it tomorrow. I had a similar lens for my Canon 5D but it was pretty hard to use without any kind of focus confirmation aids available.

Not cool... while the Helios 44-2 is a great (and mostly inexpensive) lens to have, it is not nice when someone does not received what they bargained for.

Can you share any info on this lens - never heard of it...

Just dismantle Helios 58/2 and Takumar 58/2 and the difference in quality becomes obvious.
In addition, the small dimensions, the silky motion during focusing, the way colors are rendered, and the Bokech effects are created, which causes old Takumar to puts sovietische copy of the German lens his shoulders on tne Mat.

The seller already found the right lens and will send it to me. Still have to ask him what to do with the helios. I already have one. I don't know much about the xy surveillance other than that it is made in Japan and probably meant for video surveillance camera's i it's kind of a gamble It probably has a stepless aperture ring (in front of the lens) and a m42 thread. (So most likely also a m42 registry distance) kind of a gamble.

Goëdemiddag!

I've been eyeing up the Helios - intrigued by what it produces. Let me know if you're told to hold on to it and I'm sure we can work something out! P.s. I'm in Blighty, not the Netherlands! :P (I only know how to say good morning/good afternoon/good evening because of a colleague of mine)

Just in one I wasn't expecting today because the French tracking said they still had it:

The Komine version for 47 euro's including auction fee. This one is not so easy to find in Europe.

I'll let you know but shipping probably won't be cheap. I don't know about import duties.

There shouldn’t be any import duties, pre-Brexit!
Happy to hear about shipping costs in your own time, no rush.
