And there's an out of control bushfire burning 10km south of here.

Luckily there's no wind....
My brother lives a few miles from that bushfire.

It stopped in Oxford abut 10:00. Now it is half melted.

Little cutie pie stopped at the door yesterday. She was selling SMU's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How great is that? Several boxes on order. Anxiously awaiting delivery. How could I resist?

Now I need to buy some lenses so I can use them.

Found a good deal good used Godox AD400 pro with the ac adapter and a 43”brollybox. . Meet to pickup probably tomorrow.. to go along with it for outdoor and studio I ordered an 88” parawing umbrella and a 60”rapid octobox . Also a product photo box as I am prepping a number of items to sell on and it simplifies the process

The warning level has been downgraded overnight, but the reports are still not clear about what damage has been done to homes and properties. Thankfully, I can find no reports of injury to residents or firefighters.

Sometimes the urges one fosters for multiple years don't make sense. About a week ago I took delivery of a Pentax-K 100/4 Bellows (later version), purchased from a fellow PF member. I don't do a lot of bellows work, but I have often thought it would be sort of cool to own a dedicated lens designed to that task. The K 100/4 Bellows is sort of cool in that it is capable of infinity focus and in the photo below is set to the proper extension on my Pentax Bellows Unit K to accomplish such.

In theory, I guess I could use it as a portrait lens with full manual aperture, but that would be silly, right? The rail on the bellows is a little short of the required 100mm additional extension such that a 12mm extension tube between camera and bellows rear standard is needed to attain 1:1 macro.

FWIW...the few test shots I have done indicate the lens is quite sharp, corner-to-corner.

Fujimoto E-Lucky 6-element 50/2.8 enlarging lens

Excellent condition - and only $14.99 shipped on eBay!

I have a number of top-drawer enlarging lenses, however
at that price my inner cheapskate just could not resist!

It has six elements, so how bad could it be?
It might be a real sleeper...

Besides amateur model enlargers for home use
Fujimoto also made commercial and minilab equipment.
They were acquired by Kenko around 2008.

I believe that is assuming the master/controller is TTL capable and Pentax-dedicated and mounted to a P-TTL camera.
Well, of course, the master system needs to be PTTL. I was just commenting that the AD100Pro can be a TTL slave to any TTL master. That's thanks to Godox's proprietary 2.4GHz protocol. It means you cannot use, say, a Sony flash, or a Metz flash with Sony foot, to remotely drive a Godox flash in wireless TTL, if you want wireless with Godox flashes you need to stay with Godox. Otherwise it's manual optical slave. But considering that one can build a whole Godox studio for the price of one top-of-the-line Sony speedlight, the reasoning is sound.
